1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using calmrivernest.cfd (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — 18+

The Service is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Although the Service involves no money, its casino-style content is designed for an adult audience.

3. Nature of the Service — Entertainment Only

CalmRiverNest is a free social casino provided solely for amusement purposes. The Service:

• does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money, goods, or anything of value;
• does not accept payments of any kind — there are no purchases, fees, or paid features;
• does not award prizes of any kind.

Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.

4. Virtual Coins

The Service uses virtual coins as play tokens. Virtual coins: (a) have no monetary value; (b) cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money, goods, or services; (c) are provided free of charge and may be granted, adjusted, or reset by the Service at any time; and (d) are stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data — which simply restarts your play balance. You acknowledge that you have no property interest in virtual coins.

5. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for private entertainment. All content on the Service — including the CalmRiverNest name, logo, game design, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service if you are under 18; (b) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to access it by automated means; or (d) misrepresent the Service as offering real money play.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmRiverNest and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Because the Service is free and involves nothing of value, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed CAD $0.
